Yukon Wolf Processing and Shipping Policy

NOTE: Tracking number will be sent to your email after we fulfilled the order.

  • We want to make sure you get your items as quickly as possible.
  • When ordering please make sure you select the correct product and model.
  • Please make sure your are providing the correct and accurate name, phone number, address and other contact information when placing their order.
  • We are located in Richmond Hill, Ontario. Our address is given in "Contact us" on the online store. You can select pick up option when you are purchasing through our online store, then you will receive an email right after your purchase which provides the time for the curb-side pick up. Alternatively, you can select shipping option.
  • After your purchase, there will be 1-2 business days of order processing.
  • Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
  • Due to COVID-19 Pandemic and Lockdown situation there might be some delays in shipments.

 

 

AFTER YOU HAVE PURCHASED

Order Processing

  • We processes orders between Monday and Friday.
  • Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days of ordering and shipped right after the processing is done.
  • Please note that we don't ship on weekends. 
  • Please allow extra time for your order to be processed because of COVID-19 limitations and during holidays and sale seasons.
  • If you want to change or cancel your purchase, you have 1-2 days to do so during processing time. After that we will unable to accept a change or cancellation.
  • Please contact us if you do not receive tracking number after 5 business days from the day you completed your payment.
  • It is customer's responsibility to provide correct and accurate name, phone, address and other contact information when placing their order. Incorrect or inaccurate information may result in unsuccessful delivery and returning of the order to us on customer's cost.

Shipping Confirmation

  • A shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your order has been processed & shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment.
  • Shipping costs are dependent upon the weight of the package and delivery location, except for items with free shipping option. If there is a free shipping option on your order, then your order will be shipped free of charge.
  • Customers outside Canada are responsible for customs duties and taxes for all International orders if your country request.

Tracking

  • A tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your order has been shipped which will allow you to track the status of your shipment.
  • As the receiver, it will be your sole responsibility to track your order and if the order has been tagged as return to sender or unsuccessful delivery due to the receiver's address or information incorrect or not being able to follow-up to the courier, we are not able to process and refund or replacement for free and you may need to place the order again. 

Delivery

  • Canadian orders will be delivered by a domestic carrier.
  • For outside Canada orders, your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time. 
  • Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier.
  • Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received by your local post office.
  • If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to instruct on how and where your delivery can be collected.

Unsuccessful Delivery (Returns by Carriers)

  • If the order has been tagged as return to sender or unsuccessful delivery due to the receiver's address or information incorrect or not being able to follow-up to the courier, we will not able to re-send, refund or take any action until the investigation is done.
  • We will investigate the reasons for the unsuccessful delivery by checking all the information provided by the customer and by contacting the carrier. 

    Cancellation/Changes

    • If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately.
    • We process and ship orders quickly.
    • Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.    
    • Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

    Customs and Taxes (Outside Canada)

    • The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in Canadian Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.
    • Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office.
    • Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us.
    • We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

    Due to high volume of orders we are receiving, your shipment may take longer than usual. But don’t worry, we are working hard to get everything out ASAP. We know it may be frustrating to wait longer than expected for your order, but the one thing we don’t want to do is sacrifice the quality of our products.
