YUKON WOLF RETURN & REFUND POLICIES

 

RETURNS

  • Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
  • Please completely inspect the product once you received it, if there's any issue, problem or defect, please take a photo/video and send it to us by email and explain the issue. Our support team will assist you to resolve the issue.
Please DO NOT fire the stove if it's defective or has issues.
    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
    • Please do not burn wood in the stove if you have decided to return it, otherwise we can not accept the return.
    • If you haven't used the product and it is still sealed (in its original packaging) within 30 days since your purchase, and you have decided to return the item and ask for a refund, please contact us immediately. In this case you should pay for all the shipping costs for returning the item. If you have used our free shipping option when you ordered the product that you want to return, our shipping costs will also be deducted from your refund amount. There is also a minimum $15 restocking fee for unused sealed returns. Our support team will assist you with the process.
    • If the product is unsealed (but still unused), and you want to return it within the first 30 days, depending on product situation we might accept the return and issue a refund for the amount paid, minus a $30 restocking fee. Also, the cost for any damaged or missing parts in the returned package will be deducted from the refund amount. In this case the shipping cost for the return will be also reduced from the refund amount.
    • Credit Card Transaction cost: The total cost for each customer's transaction using a credit card is 5% of the transaction amount. This transaction cost per order is not refundable.

     

    Non-Returnable Items

    Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

    • Gift cards
    • Downloadable software products

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (purchase order number).

       

      Return & Refunds (if applicable)

      If the product that you have received from us has issues or is defective, please contact us immediately.

      If we accept the return, we will send you a return label to install on the product's box and also we will provide the instructions for how to return the item.

      Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

      If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

      Please note that if we pay for the return shipping, it will be reduced from the refund payment. If you have purchased an item with free shipping, the shipping cost will be also deducted from the refund amount.

      Please note: The total cost for each customer's transaction using credit cards is 5% of the transaction amount. This transaction cost per order is not refundable.

       

      Shipping

      To return your product, you should send us an email at contact@yukonwolf.com then we will send you the instruction for the return process.

      You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

      Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

      Please note that you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

       

      Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

      If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

      Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

      Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
