This limited warranty applies to physical products, and only for physical goods purchased from Yukon Wolf.

What does this Limited Warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use, as specified in our manuals and safety instructions, during the Warranty Period.

During the Warranty Period, Yukon Wolf will replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use.

What will we do to correct problems?

Yukon Wolf will send new replacement parts at no charge.

How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Yukon Wolf is 6 months (180 days) from the date of purchase.

What does this limited warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

  • Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship
  • Using the product in an unmoral & unusual conditions which the product has not designed for.
  • Damage of a product resulting from using the product in a condition that is prohibited in our manuals or safety instructions.
  • Damage of a product resulting from negligence.
  • Damage of a product resulting from unauthorized modification or alteration of the product.
  • Damage caused by natural disaster
  • Theft or loss of the product

What do customers need to do to get service under the warranty?

To obtain warranty service during the warranty period, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. We will also need the original purchase order number and the product's part number & serial number to verify your purchase.
